1. Slice 1 large banana down the center.
2. Sauté both halves in a saucepan with a tablespoon (15 g) of butter.
3. On the griddle or in the oven, heat a soft corn tortilla.
4. Place the banana halves on the tortilla, and drench them in as much honey and cinnamon as you like.
5. Add a dash of fresh-squeezed lime juice, and roll the tortilla like a burrito.
6. Top with powered sugar, if you like it sweet.
